Chicago city

Знаю-знаю...я совсем забросила свой блог, и периодичность моих публикаций становится все реже и реже. Хорошо, что совесть все-таки посещает меня иногда! Так и этим жарким (у нас в Калифорнии почти всегда жара) вечером, мучаясь от очередного приступа совести, я достала фотографии посещения Чикаго из своих закрамов и решилась наконец-то на очередной пост.:)
Дело было около месяца назад, но впечатления все еще свежи. Не ожидая ничего особенного, мы с мужем взяли по рюкзаку и махнули в третий по численности жителей город США - Чикаго. Что ж, могу сразу сказать, что мы влюбились в эти индустриальные дебри. Я еще никогда не видела сразу столько огромных зданий в одном месте. Архитектура этого города вдохновляет, чего стоят одни только витрины Chanel, Gucci, Miu Miu, Celine и т.д., названия можно продолжать бесконечно... ведь это же настоящие произведения искусства! Я уже не говорю о многочисленных скульптурах, фонтанах и парках. На мой взгляд какую-то особенность этому городу придает озеро Мичиган. Оно просто огромное, и если ты не силен в географии, то можно подумать, что это океан. Я уже слышала несколько забавных историй на этот счет.
В общем и целом, Чикаго - очень колоритное место и стоит того, чтобы его посетить!

Some of you have noticed that the periods between my posts are getting longer and longer. But the good thing is that my conscience is still bothering me. At this time during my another attack of conscience I took out the photos from Chicago to post them.
Our trip was about a month ago, but the impressions are still fresh. Not expecting anything special, me and my husband grabbed the backpacks and headed to the third largest city of the USA - Chicago.
Certainly, I can tell you that we just fell in love with this industrial city. I have never seen so many huge  buildings at once. The architecture of this city inspires. The windows of Chanel, Gucci, Miu Miu, Celine are truly the objects of art.
Overall, Chicago is the diverse city with its parks, sculptures, fountains and the lake. It is the place that is worth to be visited!

The very special day!

This August we had a very special day - our wedding. It took place in the beautiful old historic city on the Mississippi river. We did not want something big and fancy, just a small and intimate ambiance... and we've got it.
When we started our preparation for a wedding I had realized that I did not want to look like a usual bride in a white dress, I wanted something different. So I followed my heart and found this sweet pink dress on zara.com. I was so happy when I tried it on at the first time, as I felt something special in it.
After picking the dress we created some fun outfit for my husband where we both were very satisfied with!
So the entire preparation took us a little time, and everything was smooth and comfortable. It was such a beautiful and special day to us...
